Mediation - Notice to Other Attorneys
In January of 2001, Thompson & Thompson, P.C. completed the refurbishment of
its offices with a particular focus on the facilities necessary to host effective
mediations. The office incorporates facilities and equipment necessary for digital
multi-media presentations utilized by a growing number of attorneys to include not only
video but, in addition, full screen projection capabilities with incorporated sound.
On-site on-line legal research and Internet access is
also available to the
parties and their counsel.
Robert S. "Bob" Thompson and Jason Thompson have
both completed 40 hours of mediation training.
The fee schedules will be determined on a case-by-case basis
but is typically:
Bob Thompson: $350.00 per party for 1/2 day
$725.00 per party for a full day.
Jason Thompson:
$150.00 per party for 1/2 day
$275.00 per party for a full day.
The facility is also available for use by other mediators should the need arise. Contact the firm to make arrangements.
